Questions people ask.
Does the person scanning need an app?
No. Their phone camera opens your card’s page in the browser. They choose a reason, add a message, voice note or photo if they want, and send it.
Can they see my phone number?
Not unless you want them to. Cards are private by default. You can turn on Call and WhatsApp buttons for any card.
What happens after the free 6 months?
We remind you before it ends. Renew and we send you a printed card. If you don’t renew, the card pauses, and it starts working again as soon as you do.
What if I miss the notification?
We follow up. Yearly cards get a text message and free cards get an email. With quiet hours on, non-urgent alerts arrive silently at night. Urgent ones still ring.
Can people spam me through it?
Each card limits how often it can be alerted, links are removed from messages, and you can block or report any sender with one tap.
I have an older Tagwyse sticker. Do I need a new one?
No. It keeps working, free, for life. Log in with the same mobile number to see it and get alerts in the app.
